【摘要】 目的评价深静脉穿刺置管术在老年患者中的应用价值;观察深静脉置管术的并发症及相应处理对策;比较锁骨下静脉和股静脉2种置管术的优缺点。方法共454例患者,采用Arrow公司的中心静脉导管,选择锁骨下静脉和股静脉置管。结果置管成功率为98.46%,并发症发生率为17.18%;锁骨下静脉置管术和股静脉置管术成功率和并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论深静脉置管术安全、可靠,可减轻患者痛苦,尤其适合在老年危重患者中开展;锁骨下静脉置管和股静脉置管各有优缺点,而后者更加安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of deep venous puncture in aged patients and to discuss the complications of deep venous puncture and its treatment, and to compare subclavican vein and femoral vein punctures. Methods 454 cases were enrolled. Central vascular catheters offered by Arrow Company were implanted in subclavian vein and femoral vein. Results The success rate was 98.46%, and the complication rate was 17.18%; The success rate and complication rate of subclavian vein puncture were not significantly different from those of femoral vein puncture. Conclusions Deep venous puncture is safe and reliable, especially for aged and severe patients. Subclavian vein puncture and femoral vein puncture are both effective, but the latter is safer.更多还原
