【摘要】 以新疆和田地区21-6新孜2号安息茴香为原料,采用同时蒸馏-萃取法(SDE)提取精油,比较了不同溶剂,提取时间,溶剂加入量及物料粒径对精油提取率的影响,并以提取时间,溶剂加入量及物料粒径为因素,设计了L9(33)的正交实验,确定了提取精油的最佳工艺参数:即提取时间为3.5h,溶剂量为30mL,物料粒径为0.18mm。在上述提取条件下,安息茴香精油的提取率可以达到2.84%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cumin essential oil was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE) method from cumin which grows in Hetian,Xinjiang.The effect of distillating time,the amount of solvent and the granularity of cumin powder on extracting rate tested by varieties of solvent were studied.The optimal extracting parameters were acquired by orthogonal test which were: extracting time 3.5h, the amount of solvent 30mL and the granularity of cumin powder 0.18mm.At the optimal condition the highest extraction of cumin oil will be 2.84%.更多还原
