高抗冲PP/滑石粉复合材料的研究
The Research of High Impaction PP/Talc Composite
【摘要】 研究滑石粉的不同质量分数对PP材料力学性能的影响.发现当滑石粉质量分数大于10%时,拉伸强度随其含量的增加而逐渐降低,冲击强度逐渐降低.针对大量滑石粉填充PP后力学性能下降很大,采用两种大分子接枝物和两种弹性体对含质量分数30%的滑石粉的PP复合材料进行增韧,结果表明在增韧剂质量分数小于30%时,EPDM-g-MAH的增韧效果明显好于POE-g-MAH,而POE的增韧效果要好于EPDM;通过扫描电镜观察增韧后复合材料冲击断面的形状,得出增韧后的滑石粉能够均匀分布于基体树脂中,并且相界面明显改善.
【Abstract】 The influence of mechanical properties of different content talc on PP material was investigated.With the content of talc increasing,the extension and impaction strength decreased gradually when the content of talc was more than 10 %.In order to improve the mechanical properties of composite,we choose two macromolecule grafting agents and two elastomers to increase the toughness of composite.It is obtained that when the content of high toughness agents was less than 30 %,the high toughness effect of EPDM-g-MAH was better than POE-g-MAH and the POE was better than EPDM;Observed the rapture surface of impacted composite,we find that the granule of talc could distribute into the matrix resin and the interface of phase could be improved evidently.
