气液逆喷撞击流洗涤器的阻力研究
STUDY ON THE RESISTANCES OF GAS-LIQUID IMPINGING STREAM SCRUBBERS
【摘要】 分析了影响气液两相流体摩擦阻力降的因素,提出了一种利用放大倍数法计算气液逆喷洗涤器摩擦阻力的理论式。利用以空气-水为介质的实验室模型试验结果对模型中系数进行了关联,最终得出了可用于不同流动工况下摩擦压降计算的公式。与中试实验数据进行了对比,结果表明预测值与实验值吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Based on the enlargement factor model,friction pressure drop equation for gas-liquid impinging stream scrub- ber was obtained.Then the equation coefficients were further determined from the laboratory model water reverse spraying air washing experiments.Pressure drop formula under different op- erating conditions was elicited.Comparison with the pressure drop in a hot pilot scrubber showed that the predicted value a- grees well with the experiment vulue.
