【摘要】 工程建设项目的日趋大型化和复杂化使PMC、EPC等工程建设模式的应用越来越多,PMC+EPC模式是PMC模式和EPC模式的结合使用,文章根据PMC+EPC模式产生的环境,论述了PMC+EPC模式的特点,归纳了其适用条件,分析PMC+EPC模式典型的合同关系,指出了PMC+EPC模式在使用中应注意的问题以及采取的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,engineering construction projects are becoming larger and more complex. It promotes the application of PMC+EPC mode,which is the combination of PMC mode and EPC mode,in construction projects. Based on the generation circumstance of PMC+EPC mode,this paper discusses the features of PMC+EPC mode,sums up its applicable conditions,analyzes its typical contract relationship,and puts forward the problems should be paid attention to when the mode is applied in our country.
