地中式混凝土储油罐注油过程罐壁温度应力仿真分析
Simulation Analysis on Wall Thermal Stress during Oil Filling Course of Underground Concrete Tank
【摘要】 对地中式混凝土储油罐注油过程进行了有限元仿真计算,分析了地中式混凝土储油罐在注油过程中的罐壁温度应力的响应规律,得到了储油过程中油罐最大应力以及出现时刻,并与瞬时注油的简化计算方法进行了对比分析,为预应力加载和有限元计算提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The simulation analysis of oil filling course of an underground concrete tank is carried out with finite element method. The wall thermal stress variation rule during oil filling is analyzed,and the maximum stress and its occurring time are obtained. The results are contrasted with those from the simplified calculation method of transient oil filling and provide reference for prestress loading and similar calculations with finite element method.
