轮南油田超高含盐采出水处理技术
Treatment of Produced Water Containing Super-high Salt in Lunnan Oilfield
【摘要】 轮南油田采出水处理站处理后的采出水,其矿化度达到234698mg/L,水中离子复杂。采用重核催化强化絮凝技术,可使处理站出水水质达到注水水质要求,且水中有价值离子没有变化。介绍了重核催化强化絮凝技术的原理、设备流程及药剂筛选方法,分析了现场试验结果,并对该技术的经济效益进行了论述。
【Abstract】 The salinity of produced water treated in the water treatment station of Lunnan Oilfield is 234698 mg/L. The ions in the produced water are complex. It was then retreated by means of the heavy nucleus catalytic intensifying-flocculent technology. The quality of the retreated water is enabled to meet the requirements of injection water. The useful ions did not change in the retreated water. The technical principle and equipment for the heavy nucleus catalytic intensifying-flocculent technology and the screening method of the agent were introduced. The field testing results of this technique in Lunnan Oilfield were analyzed, and the benefit of this technology was discussed.
