里海油气资源开发利用近况分析

【摘要】 介绍了里海地区内油气资源及开发情况,指出了影响里海油气开发的环境及其制约因素,对中国参与里海开发提出了建议。

【Abstract】 The article introduces oil-gas resources in Caspian Sea region and their development situation, points out the environment affecting Caspian Sea oil-gas development and its restriction factors and puts forward some suggestions for China to take part in Caspian Sea development.
