【摘要】 目的探讨热碘油栓塞兔肝VX2瘤血液动力学的影响。方法30只载VX2瘤兔,随机分为3组:A组37℃生理盐水,B组37℃碘油,C组60℃热碘油,经股动脉穿刺、兔肝动脉插管灌注或栓塞瘤血管床,1周后多普勒超声观察肿瘤血供及肝动脉、门静脉血流动力学变化,检测结果与治疗前相应血管的多普勒参数行比较。结果与A,B组相比,热碘油灌注栓塞后肝动脉血流速度降低最明显(P<0.01),阻力指数增大(P<0.05),门静脉血流速度及内径无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后显示热碘油组瘤内及瘤周血流信号均明显减弱,部分消失(P<0.05)。结论热碘油栓塞可更有效地阻断兔肝VX2肿瘤供血,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of lipiodol heat-embolization on the hemodynamic changes in the rabbit with VX2 tumor.Methods Thirty rabbits with VX2 hepatic tumors were divided into three groups randomly(group A,B and C).37℃ saline,37℃ lipiodol and 60℃ lipiodol were used in group A,B,and C respectively in embolization of VX2 via hepatic artery.The hemodynamic indexes of the tumors,hepatic artery and portal vein were recorded with color Doppler ultrasonography 1 week after perfusion,and the results were compared with those before treatment.Results The velocity of hepatic artery in group C was lowest compared with group A and C after treatment(P<0.01),and the resistant indexes increased(P<0.05).However,the velocity and diameters of portal vein were no change compared with those before treatment (P>0.05).The blood flow signals of tumors and around tumors became less significantly and even disappeared partly after heat-embolization(P<0.05).Conclusion The heat-embolization with 60℃ lipiodol can block the blood supplement for hepatic VX2 tumors in rabbit effectively.更多还原
