【摘要】 目的探讨患者体重参数对腹部CT图像质量的影响。方法测量了82例成人腹部CT检查患者的体重、体重指数(BMI)、体表面积和体重身高比等体重参数,分析各体重参数与腹部图像噪声的相关性。结果患者体重、BMI、体表面积和体重身高比与腹主动脉图像噪声的相关系数分别为0.721、0.616、0.703和0.715,决定系数分别为0.520、0.379、0.494和0.511,其中体重与图像质量的相关性最佳。结论患者体重可作为调节成人腹部CT扫描条件的简便参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the parameters of body weight and image quality in abdominal CT.Methods 82 adult patients underwent abdominal CT examination.The relationship between different body weight parameters such as weight,body mass index(BMI),body surface area,the ratio of weight and height and image quality were evaluated by using regression analysis.Results The correlative coefficients between weight , BMI , body surface area , weight-statue-ratio and noise abdominal aorta images were 0.721,0.616,0.703 and 0.715,respectively.The definitive coefficients were 0.520,0.379,0.494 and 0.511,respectively.Of them,the relation between body weight and image quality was the best.Conclusion The patient’s body weight can be used as a parameter adjusting the scanning parameters in abdominal CT of adults.更多还原
