【Abstract】 The social adjustment and control in the minority region by the government and society plays an important role in the balanced development in such region and exerts a far-reaching influence on China’s modernization process and overall development. Various changes related to the economic system, organizational structure, religious beliefs and minority cultures and traditions are the main factors that exert great impacts on the social adjustment and control in the minority villages. The integration of the traditional organization with the state power makes the small minority community merge into the large national community, and their mutual adjustment and development in conflicts is the foundation for the stability and development of the minority region.更多还原
