【摘要】 目的:研究转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)对人早孕滋养层细胞细胞周期和凋亡的影响。方法:用流式细胞术法研究TGF-β1对人早孕滋养层细胞细胞周期和凋亡的影响。结果:随着TGF-β1浓度的增高,早孕滋养层细胞的凋亡逐渐呈浓度依赖性增加,并且高浓度组的凋亡与低浓度相比,凋亡峰明显增大,各浓度组组间比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1能诱导人早孕滋养层细胞的凋亡,从而预防其过度生长而导致恶性病变的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role and mechanism of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)on the cell cycle and cell apoptosis of human first trimester cytotrophoblasts.Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of TGF-β1 on cell cycle and cell apoptosis of human first trimester cytotrophoblasts.Results:The cell apoptosis rate of human first trimester cytotrophoblasts was increased significantly by TGF-β1 in the concentration and time dependent manners compared with the control after the human first trimester cytotrophoblasts were treated with 0ng/ml,0.01ng/ml,0.1ng/ml,1ng/ml,10ng/ml and 100ng/ml TGF-β1 for 24h,48h and 72h in vitro.Conclusion:TGF-β1 could induce the apoptosis of human first trimester cytotrophoblasts.更多还原
