【摘要】 目的:观察同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及安全性。方法:将2004年6月～2006年6月我院收住的Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌患者77例,随机分为同步放化疗组37例(放化组)和单纯放疗组(单放组)40例,两组放疗方案相同,放化组于第1第4周予以TP方案化疗1周期。结果:同步放化疗组近期有效率(CR+PR)97.2%,单纯放疗组77.5%。两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),放化疗组白细胞下降,恶心、呕吐、脱发较单放组明显,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统放疗加TP方案同步化疗可提高中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效,其毒副反应较单纯放疗增加,但不影响放疗进程,患者能耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of taxol plus cisplantin concurrent with radiotherapy for middle and advanced cevvical carcinoma.Methods:From June 2004 to June 2006,77 patients with advanced stage Ⅱb~Ⅲb cervcal cancer were divided randomly into chemeradiotherapy group(37 cases) and radiotherapy alone group(40 cases),patients of chemoradiation group were given chemotherapy in the first week and the fourth week,All patients underwent the same radiotherapy.Results:effective rate was 97.2%in the former group and 77.5% in the latter.There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05)The leucopenia,nausea and vomiting,hair-falled in chemoradiotherapy group were apparent but tolerable.Conclusion:Concurrent chemoradiotherapy with taxol plus cisplatin for middle and advanced cervical cancer can improve the curative effect,side effects are tolerable,and doesn`t affect radiotherapy cause.更多还原
