【摘要】 目的:观察三维适形放射治疗对中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法:回顾分析19例中晚期原发性肝癌行三维适形放射治疗效果,TD38Gy～48Gy/7～12次/2.5～3周。同期30例肝动脉介入+碘油栓塞作为对照。结果:对照组近期疗效有效率70.0%(21/30),观察组78.9%(15/19);对照组与观察组1,2,3年生存率分别为53.3%、26.7%、13.3%,73.7%、42.2%、21.1%。结论:三维适形放射治疗对中晚期原发性肝癌,疗效不亚于动脉介入+碘油栓塞,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of three dimensional conformal radiaotherapy(3-DCRT) for middle and late stage primary liver cancer.Methods:Total of 19 cases(group A) were treated by 3-DCRT,DT:38~48Gy/7~12f/2.5~3W,30 cases treated by transcatheter arterial chemobolization(TACE) were control(group B).Results:The near effective rate in group B was 70%(21/30),in group A 78.9%(15/19);The 1,2,3 year survival rates in group B and group A were 53.3%,26.7%,13.3%;73.7%,42.2%,21.1%.Conclusion:3-DCRT for the middle and late stage primary liver cancer is effective.更多还原
