植皮区射野皮肤耐受量观察
The dose of radiation therapy in the skin transplantation area
【摘要】 目的:观察植皮区射野皮肤放疗耐受量。方法:以6Mev电子束或6MvX线照射植皮区皮肤,2~3Gy/次,5次/周,总剂量DT18~60Gy。结果:13例患者中,4例耐受DT18Gy;4例耐受DT50Gy;3例耐受DT60Gy;1例照至DT24Gy时因搔抓出现植皮区破溃,停止放疗;1例受照6Gy时因隐性皮肤窦道,合并感染,出现皮肤破溃,停止放疗。结论:自体皮肤移植成活后,除合并皮肤隐性窦道、感染及人为抓伤外可耐受18~60Gy剂量。因病例数较少,对于植皮区皮肤放射耐受剂量,尚须进一步观察。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the total bearable dose of the skin transplantation area in radiation therapy . Methods: To Used 6Mev electron line or 6Mv X rays on the skin transplantation area in radiation treatment,2~3Gy each fraction ,five fractions per week, the total dose was 18~60Gy/6~30f . Results: Among 13 patients ,4 patients received DT18Gy; 4 patients received DT50Gy; 3 patients received DT60Gy ; 1 patient received DT24Gy and stopped radiation when the skin was scratched ; 1 patient only received DT6Gy and stopped radiation because the suppressive skin fistula. Conclusion: The autogenous skin transplantation area can receive DT18~60Gy in radiation treatment,because the sample is small , further observation is needed.
