【摘要】 目的:了解中老年男性人群甲状腺大小的变化情况。方法:对627例既往无甲状腺疾病史的中老年男性职工进行高分辨率甲状腺B超检查,并测定甲状腺大小,同时收集受检者年龄、身高、体重、甲功等资料进行统计分析。结果:本组资料甲状腺左叶宽度、厚度、长度中位数分别为2.10cm、1.40cm、3.40cm;右叶分别为2.20cm、1.50cm、3.60cm;甲状腺体积中位数5.77ml。甲状腺体积随着体重、身高的增加而增大;随着TSH的降低,甲状腺体积缩小。结论:中老年男性甲状腺体积与身高、体重及甲功状态有关,而与年龄的变化无明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the variation of thyroid volume in the middle-aged and elderly male population . Methods: High-resolution ultrasonography was used to detect thyroid volume on 627 retired personnels without thyroid disease histories. Results: The medians of thyroid width, thickness and length of left thyroid lobe were 2.10cm,1.40cm and 3.40cm separately;those of right lobe were 2.20cm,1.50cm and 3.60cm;the estimated thyroid volume median was 5.77ml。The thyroid volume increased significantly with weight and height and decreased significantly with serume TSH level. Conclusions: The thyroid volume is related with weight, height and serum TSH level in middle-aged and elderly male population.更多还原
