【摘要】 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、细胞凋亡抑制基因(bcl-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其相关性分析。方法:利用免疫组化S-P法检测60例胃癌组织及20例癌旁正常组织中MMP-9、bcl-2的表达。结果:MMP-9的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05),bcl-2的表达与胃癌的临床病理分期及细胞分化程度无显著性差异(P>0.05),MMP-9与bcl-2表达无明显相关性。结论:MMP-9、bcl-2表达与胃癌生物学行为之间关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-9,bcl-2 in the gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods:60 samples of gastric carcinoma and 20 nomal specimens of para-carcinoma were assessed by immunohistochemical S-P.Results: Expression of MMP-9 was closely correlated with differention and clinicopathological stage of the tumor cells(P<0.05) and bcl-2 had no obvious collelation with differenation and clinicopathological stage of gastric carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion:Expression of MMP-9 and bcl-2 are closely correlated with biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
