【摘要】 目的:探讨鞍区脑膜瘤的显微手术切除的操作技术方法。方法:对32例鞍区脑膜瘤行显微手术切除,采用单侧额下入路切除16例,采用翼点或扩大翼点入路切除20例。结果:肿瘤全切除(SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ)30例,次全切除6例,无手术死亡。术后颅高压症状均缓解,18例有视力视野障碍者,改善15例,无改善3例。结论:应用合适的显微外科技术,可使鞍区脑膜瘤手术切除取得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effective methods of microsurgical treatment in sellar area meningiomas. Methods: 36 patients were treated microsurgically by subfrontal approach or enlarged pterion approach.Results: Total resection(SimpsonⅠ,Ⅱ)had been performed on 30 patients,the other 6 patients were processed by subtotal resection,with no death perioperatively.After operation,the intracranial hypertension was relieved,and 15 of 18 patients who had disturbance in visual acuity and visual field were obviously improved,other 3 had no change.Conclusion: The appropriate microsurgery for the removal of sellar area meningiomas are the key factors for achieving good surgical result.更多还原
