【摘要】 目的评价开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙系统的临床应用。方法回顾性分析730例患者2774颗种植体临床应用情况。结果2774颗开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙10年的临床观察,2552例种植体骨结合良好,222例松动脱落,观察种植成功率5年达96.7%,10年达92%。结论临床应用结果证明,开放式自攻自锁螺旋型人工种植牙系统安全有效,美观舒适,操作简单,创伤小,固位理想,低成本,低收费,适合国人缺牙种植。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical effect of the opened self-attacking and self-holding spir-artificial dental implant system.Methods The data of 730 patients with 2 774 implants were retrospectively studied.Results After follow-up for 10 years,of 2 774 implants,2 552 implants achieved good osseointegration,222 implants loosened and dropped out.The 5-year success rate was 96.7%,and the 10-year success rate was 92%.Conclusion The results indicate that opened self-attacking and self-holding spir-artificial dental implant is safe,utility,esthetic and simple,and has the advantages of mini-trauma,fine retention,low cost,low expense,and suitable for Chinese.更多还原
