外源钙对木槿花粉萌发的影响
Effects of Calcium Treatment to Characteristics of Germination and Tube Growth of Pollen in Hibiscus syriacus
【摘要】 利用离体花粉培养方法,研究了Ca2+对木槿花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:较低浓度的Ca2+(1×10-3~1×10-5mol/L)对花粉的萌发有一定的促进作用,能较快地促进花粉管的伸长,其中以Ca2+(1×10-3mol/L)作用最明显;而高浓度的Ca2+(1×10-1~1×10-2mol/L)则对其有一定的阻碍和抑制作用。
【Abstract】 The effects of Ca2+ to the pollen germination and tube growth of Hibiscus syriacus were studied with different concentrations of Ca2+ through tissue culture.The results show that low concentrations of Ca2+(1×10-3~1×10-5 mol/L) can affect the pollen germination and tube growth.When the concentration of Ca2+ reaches 1×10-3 mol/L,Ca2+ significantly affects the pollen germination and the tube growth.While the pollen germination and tube growth are inhibited when the concentration of Ca2+ is higher than 1×10-3 mol/L.
