【摘要】 昆虫基因组DNA的提取是对昆虫在分子水平上进行研究的关键,提取的DNA的纯度、浓度及结构的完整性是进行基因工程各项研究所必需的条件。比较了酚抽提法和盐析法提取的蜘蛛基因组DNA。盐析法简便、快速,对设备和试剂要求都不高,且提取出的蜘蛛基因组DNA完整性和纯度都可满足实验的要求。盐析法不仅适用蜘蛛类,对其他节肢动物基因组DNA提取也有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research has compared the classic extraction method and the salting out method of spider genome DNA.We successfully utilized this simply,economical,and the highly effective method withdraws the integrite DNA sample.The salting out method,which is simple,fast and not restrict to the equipment but the integrity and the purity of the resulted spider genome DNA all can satisfy the experimental requestment.This method is not only suitable to the arachnids,but also has certain model function to other arthropod genome DNA extraction.更多还原
