高饲料价及茎叶高消化性青贮玉米种质创新及品种选育

【摘要】 根据血缘关系,采用收量性与茎叶消化性性状基因互补结合,产生互优杂种优势的原理,利用墨西哥和热带玉米种质的茎叶高收量性和高茎叶消化性,与具有雌穗子粒高收量性的国内和国外种质,培育出抗病、高产、保绿、抗倒自交系203-279系和茎叶高消化性自交系203-204系。用两自交系组配的杂交种,饲料价TDN收量分别比对照1中北410高18.9%,比对照2农大108高35.4%;中性洗涤纤维含量比对照1低6.9%,比对照2低13.4%。

【Abstract】 Inbred line 203-204,whose stems and leaves were easily digested,was generated by cross breeding mexico and tropical maize with high yield and digestive rate of stems and leaves.Inbred line 203-279,which is disease resistant,high-yielding,stay-green and lodging resistant,was cultured by cross breeding domestic and oversea maize germplasm with high yield of female spike.According to the theory of heterosis,we obtained hybrid through crossding inbred line 203-279 and 203-204,whose TDN value is 18.9% higher than control Ⅰ(Zhong Bei 410),35.4% higher than control Ⅱ(Nong Da 108) and neutral detergent fiber content is 6.9% lower than control Ⅰ,and 13.4% lower than control Ⅱ.
