物料阶跃变化下的本体法环管式丙烯聚合过程模拟
SIMULATION FOR BULK PROPYLENE POLYMERIZATION IN LOOP REACTOR WITH THE STEP CHANGE IN FEED FLOW RATE OF MATERIAL
【摘要】 采用机理建模方法对环管反应器中丙烯液相本体聚合过程进行了模型化研究,建立了环管反应器内丙烯液相本体聚合的微观动态模型。采用该微观动态模型,考察了非稳态操作条件下物料阶跃变化时,环管反应器的主要物料进料量对丙烯聚合过程的影响。结果表明,随丙烯进料量增加,体系转化率降低,聚合物的质均相对分子质量和熔融指数变化不大;对催化剂进料量的阶跃变化而言,随着催化剂进料量增加,体系转化率增加,质均相对分子质量和熔融指数的变化较小;H2进料量的改变不会使体系转化率发生变化,但是随着H2进料量的增加,产品质均相对分子质量降低。
【Abstract】 The liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization in loop reactor was simulated based on the propylene polymerization mechanism. According to the analysis for the mechanism of the bulk propylene polymerization, a dynamic micro-model for liquid phase bulk propylene polymerization in loop reactor was proposed. Moreover, the proposed model was applied to investigate the effects of the step changes in feed flow rate of materials, including propylene, catalyst and hydrogen, on the polymerization under non-steady condition. The results showed that the simulated conversion decreased, and the mass average relative molecular mass and the melt index of polymer were almost constant with the step increasing of the feed flow rate of propylene. With the step increasing of the feed flow rate of catalyst, the conversion increased, and the mass average relative molecular mass and the melt index of polymer changed a little. However, the feed flow rate of hydrogen had no effect on the conversion, but the mass average relative molecular mass of polymer decreased with the step increasing of the feed flow rate of hydrogen.
