中华稻蝗抗菌物质的诱导及所在部位的确定
Inducement and Location Identified of Antibacterial Substances in Oxya chinensis
【摘要】 对采自稻田的中华稻蝗成虫采用紫外照射、超声波、室内饲养、带菌针刺等方法处理,于处理后不同时间收集中华稻蝗成虫体内的耐热蛋白,并用抑菌圈法检测抑菌活性.此外,还对中华稻蝗成虫的血淋巴、前肠及去头、腿和翅的身体其余部分分别进行了耐热蛋白的提取.结果表明,紫外照射和超声波处理未能诱导中华稻蝗产生抗菌物质,另外2种方法均可诱导其产生抗菌物质.中华稻蝗血淋巴原液、身体剩余部分的提取液对指示菌没有抑菌活性,而其前肠的提取液对指示菌有抑菌活性.
【Abstract】 Imago of Oxya chinensis were treated by different inducing methods,including radiating with ultraviolet,ultrasonication,feeding and pricking with bacteria,and collected at different times.The antibacterial activity was measured by plate growth inhibition assay.The hemolymph,foregut and other parts of Oxya chinensis were distilled and measured the antibacterial activity respectively.The results showed that only feeding and pricking with bacteria method were able to induce antibacterial substances,and only the foregut of Oxya chinensis contained antibacterial matter.
