缩醛改性醋酸乙烯/丙烯酸乳液的制备及膜性能
Preparation of Acetal-modified Vinyl Acetate/Acrylic Acid Emulsion and the Properties of its Membranes
【摘要】 通过醋酸乙烯酯共聚的改性方法,用醋酸乙烯与丙烯酸系单体共聚,采用无皂乳液聚合,后用乙二醛交联,使乳液形成网络结构,制备了一种无甲醛的新型耐水性乳液.研究了共聚单体对乳液性能的影响,并采用DSC、透射电镜等手段对乳液结构及性能进行测试.结果表明,各单体用量对乳液的粘度及剪切强度均有一定影响;DSC表明乳液的玻璃化转变温度降至-46℃,有很强的耐寒性;TEM照片显示乳胶粒子粒径在200 nm左右,粒径分布均匀,稳定性好;加入乙二醛交联后乳胶膜与水的接触角由71°增加到90.5,°说明有较强的耐水性.
【Abstract】 The way to modifying polyvinyl acetate was invistigated by surfactant-free copolymerization of vinyl acetate with acrylic acid monomers and then crosslinking with oxaldehyde to form a net structure.A new kind of non-formaldehyde water-resistant emulsion was prepared.The monomers’ effects to the emulsion were studied.Moreover,emulsion’s structure and performances were also detected with DSC,electron microscope and so on.The results indicated that different monomer’s dosages had different influences on the emulsion’s viscosity and shearing strength.By DSC analysis it showed that the emulsion’s glass temperature declined to-46 ℃,that means a high cold-resistance performance.The TEM picture showed that the average emulsion particle diameter was about 200 nm and evenly distributed.The contact angle of the emulsions membranes and water was add from 71° to 90.5°,which proved that the emulsion has a high water-resistance performance.
