【摘要】 山西沁源"11.14"交通事故引发了社会各界对"公路跑操"现象的反思。文章通过文献资料法和田野调查法,从描述"公路跑操"的现状出发,对其成因进行分析,揭示"公路跑操"对中小学生安全、健康的威胁和危害,提出要改变这种体育活动的开展方式,只有从观念、行为、法制建设和财政资助等方面采取有效措施,才能从根本上杜绝"11.14"类似悲剧的再次发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "11·14" traffic accident in Qinyuan makes the whole society reconsider the "Highway Running" phenomenon.With the method of documents and field investigation,this article describes the status quo of this phenomenon,analyzes the causes of the accident and demonstrates the health threat and the harm of "Highway Running" to the middle school and primary school students.To avoid the similar tragedies,the modes of physical education activities must be changed by taking effective measures in conceptions,behaviors,legislative construction and financial aid.更多还原
