【摘要】 本文提出流速面积法计算断面实测流量的通用公式,分析和比较了国内外流速面积法常见的几种实测流量计算方法的精度,指出了我国现行实测流量计算方法存在的理论缺陷,和由此形成的系统偏差。提出了新的实测流量计算方法。分析和实例证明,这种计算方法易操作,且能大大提高实测流量计算的精度,对我国目前的流量观测计算具有重要的现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The velocity-area method′s general formula of measured discharge is pointed out in this paper.Accuracy analyazing and comparing with international common methods about measured discharge,theoretical defect and much systematic error of currcnt measured discharge computation in our country is found.The new method about measured discharge is recommended in such base.The analysis and illustrations prove that the method is convenient and could increase the accuray of the measured discharge so much,having important practical value and guidance for courrent measurement of discharge in our country.更多还原
