我国黄热疫苗株病毒结构基因片段遗传特征的分析
Genetic Characteristics of Structural Genome of Yellow Fever Vaccine Virus Strain in China
【摘要】 目的分析中国使用的黄热疫苗株病毒结构基因片段的遗传特征。方法从我国使用的黄热疫苗病毒中提取RNA,对病毒结构基因片段进行扩增及测序,将测序结果与GenBank中黄热病毒Asibi株及黄热病毒疫苗株17D-204和17DD相应的核苷酸序列进行比较。结果中国黄热疫苗株在基因分子水平上具有17D疫苗株的基本减毒特征,与17DD株不同,与17D-204株更为相近。结论中国黄热疫苗株源自17D-204株,是安全有效的减毒株,且具有自身特有的遗传特征。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the genetic characteristics of structural genome of yellow fever vaccine virus strain in China.Methods Extract RNA from the yellow fever vaccine virus strain in China for amplification and sequencing.Compare the sequencing result with those of Asibi,17D-204 and 17DD strains in GenBank.Results The yellow fever vaccine virus strain in China was of basic genetic characteristics of attenuated 17D vaccine virus strain.It was different from 17DD strain and more similar to 17D-204 strain at genetic molecular level.Conclusion As a safe and effective attenuated strain,the yellow fever vaccine virus strain in China was derived from 17D-204 strain,and of endemic genetic characteristics.
