【Abstract】 Five pairs of primers(i.e PceGA25,PMS3,PMS49,PS08E08,pchpgms3)with high polymorphis and powerful distinctiveness have been selected from 24 pairs of primer after constructing the SSR analysis system in cherry varieties.Besides,the S gene was also combined to distinguish the 30 cultivars.Key points and application for trueness and purity of cherry varieties of SSR techniques were discussed.更多还原
