【Abstract】 This review discusses fundamental aspects of [FeFe]-hydrogenases found in green algae.We emphasize current ideas about the structural,catalytic properties and maturation of the hydrogenases.The O2 sensitivity of the hydrogenases and approaches to surmount this challenge were discussed.All most of the reported genes of [FeFe]-hydrogenases in green algae were elucidated.更多还原
