【摘要】 目的评价采用股骨旋入针逆行穿针固定治疗股骨下段骨折的临床效果。方法对32例股骨下段骨折采用经膝前方切口逆行穿针固定并随访6～18个月。结果32例患者骨折均愈合,愈合时间为4～6月。结论股骨旋入针逆行穿针固定治疗股骨下段骨折,手术操作简单,固定牢固,对骨折端的血运影响小,是一种新的有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluate the clinic effect of the screwing nail in the treatment fracture of the distal femur. Methods Fixationof32 distalfemoral fractures witha retrogradeintramedullaryscrewingnail throughthefrontincision.Allcase werefollow up 6 ～ 18months. Results All of 32 case were healed in 4 ～ 6months.
