常压塔腐蚀与防护
Corrosion in Atmospheric Tower and Protection
【摘要】 通过对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司常压塔腐蚀情况的分析,认为该塔腐蚀的主要原因是原油硫含量的升高、冲刷加剧、材料等级低及设备老化等,并针对腐蚀的成因提出了更换常压塔材质、在塔底进料段增设进料分配器,加强"一脱三注"工艺防腐蚀管理和增设腐蚀在线监控系统等的防护措施。
【Abstract】 The analysis of corrosion in atmospheric tower in SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Complex concluded that the corrosion was caused by increasing amount of sulfur in crude oil,intensified impingement,improper material selection and aging of equipment etc. Effective protection measures were suggested such as change of tower metallurgy,addition of feed distributor at the bottom of tower, strengthening of process corrosion protection management llke"One Removal and Three Additions"and installation of on-line corrosion monitoring system,etc.
