离子液体[bmim]Br·FeCl3改质稠油实验研究

【摘要】 合成并应用过渡金属盐改性离子液体[bmim]Br.FeCl3对稠油进行了改质降粘试验,研究了离子液体浓度、FeCl3摩尔分数、反应温度、反应时间对稠油降粘率、组成、平均分子质量的影响。结果表明,离子液体浓度、反应温度和反应时间对降粘率影响很大,碱性的离子液体对稠油改质效果较好,在较低温度80℃、较短反应时间18h、离子液体浓度为5%(w)、FeCl3摩尔分数为0.4的条件下,经离子液体处理后稠油降粘率可达61.7%,稠油的饱和烃、芳香烃、胶质含量增加,而沥青质含量、平均分子质量明显减小,导致了稠油粘度的降低。

【Abstract】 The effects of concentration of ionic liquids,molar ratio of FeCl3 to [bmim ] Br,reaction temperature,and reaction time on viscosity,hydrocarbon composition and average molecular weight of heavy oils were investigated using [bmim] Br.FeCl3.The results showed that concentration of ionic liquids,reaction temperature and reaction time had great effects on viscosity,alkalescent ionic liquids had better viscosity reduction rate for heavy oils.At the condition of 80 ℃,18 hrs,5wt% concentration of ionic liquids,a FeCl3 to [bmim ] Br molar ratio of 0.4:0.6,the rate of viscosity reduction rate reached to 61.7%.After reaction with ionic liquids,the amount of gums,saturated hydrocarbon,and aromatics increased,while asphaltenes and average molecular weight decreased,and heavy oil viscosity decreases.
