【摘要】 20世纪90年代后期,实践循环经济已经成为国际社会的重要发展趋势之一。本文从物质流动的角度出发,分析了静脉产业对于循环经济的重要性,并运用环境经济学方法对静脉产业的发生发展及调控进行了分析,在此基础上提出了城市静脉产业体系硬件系统和软件系统的概念,最后结合常州特色初步构建了常州市静脉产业体系,以期对我国城市静脉产业的发展提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the late 1990s, developing circular economy has become a main trend of the world. This paper analyzes the venous industry’ s significance for circular economy from the perspective of material flow, uses the methods of environmental economics to analyze the venous industry’s development and regulation, and proposes the concept of venous industry’s hardware system and software system.
