淀粉微球的反相乳液法合成及其吸附性能研究
Study on synthesis in reversed phrase emulsion system and adsorption performance of starch microspheres
【摘要】 采用反相乳液聚合原理,以可溶性淀粉为原料,合成淀粉微球。主要研究了液体石蜡、环己烷分别作溶剂,加入不同的交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MDDA)、环氧氯丙烷等条件对微球合成的影响。另外,将合成出的淀粉微球对靓蓝胭脂红的吸附性作了研究。利用红外(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、生物显微镜、光透式粒度分布测量仪等对产物进行了表征。结果表明,液体石蜡作溶剂、环氧氯丙烷作交联剂以及环己烷作溶剂、MDDA作交联剂合成出的淀粉微球大小均匀,分散性好,粒径约为20~30μm。其中,液体石蜡为溶剂、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂合成出的淀粉微球对靓蓝胭脂红吸附性能最好。
【Abstract】 The starch microspheres were prepared by the inverse emulsion polymerization principle with soluble starch as raw materials. The article mainly researches the influences of the reaction conditions of preparing starch microspheres, such as taking liquid olefin and cyclohexane as solvent respectively, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MDDA)and epichlorohyrin as cross linker respectively, and so on. On the other hand, the adsorption capability of starch microspheres for the indigo carmine was studied. Under the detection of the products by the IR, SEM, Biological Microscope and Light particle size distribution surveying instrument, the results showed the starch microspheres, which were prepared using liquid olefin as solvent, epichlorohyrin as cross linker and cyclohexane as solvent, N, N-methylenebisacrylamide(MDDA)as cross linker, had no obvious agglomeration and narrow particle size distribution with the diameter of microspheres were about 20~30μm. The absorption capacity of starch microspheres prepared using liquid olefin as solvent, epichlorohyrin as cross linker for the indigo carmine is the best.
