寒区路面混凝土冻害机理及试验的研究
Study of Freezing Damage Mechanism and Test for Route Surface Concrete in Cold Area
【摘要】 冻融破坏是影响混凝土耐久性的重要因素,冻融循环试验操作相对复杂,许多细节操作没有具体规定。目前主要有三种因素影响混凝土冻融破坏机理,分别是水的冻结压力、混凝土中水的结冰、粗骨料中水的结冰。本文在对这三种因素分析的基础上,主要研究在混凝土冻融试验过程中试验细节、冷却速率和混凝土实际工作环境三种因素对试验数据的影响,提出加强试验细节控制、试件摆放互换、尽可能降低冻融速率等改进措施,以降低冻融试验的误差。
【Abstract】 All along,the freeze-thaw is an important factor to influence concrete’s durability.Freeze-thaw cycle test operation is relatively complex,and many details are not specified.Generally,there are three mainly factors to influence the mechanism of the concrete freeze-thaw damage.They are the pressure of freezing water, the freezing of the water in concrete,and the freezing of the water in coarse aggregate.Based on the freezing analysis of these three factors,several other factors of influencing the test data of concrete freeze-thaw test such as test details,freezing rate,concrete working environment test and so on,are studied in this paper.Meanwhile,some improving measures For example,strengthening the details of pilot control,exchanging the place of specimen,minimizing the rate of freeze-thaw and so on to reduce the freeze-thaw test error are put forward.
