【摘要】 对我国运动队人际关系研究情况的分析表明:运动队人际关系研究集中于足球、篮球和排球三大球,社会测量法是测量运动队人际关系最主要的方法,运动队人际关系对运动队表现和成绩有影响.今后应扩大运动队人际关系研究的范围,运用社会网络分析法等更为先进的方法对运动队人际关系进行测量,同时选取更为有效的绩效指标,从而达到改善和发展运动队人际关系、促进运动队成绩的目的.更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzed the personal relation in sports teams,the researches focus on the football,basketball and volleyball teams,the method of social investigation is most adopted,and the personal relation influence the performance of the team.The advices given for future research are as followed:more sports game teams should be included,the latest meth- od of social network analysis should be used,and the more effective sports performance index was chosen the more we will know about the personal relation of the sports teams.更多还原
