【摘要】 对22例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行前瞻性研究.均为22例重症急性胰腺炎,年龄20～70岁,非手术组和手术组各11例,结果显示非手术组11例均痊愈,而手术组4例死亡.提示坏死性胰腺炎能非手术治愈,而且治疗效果明显优于手术治疗.更多还原
