我国蕨淀粉资源的综合开发利用
EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION STUDY OF FERN STARCH IN CHINA
【摘要】 我国对可食蕨淀粉资源的开发较早,但开发利用率较低。为此,按秦仁昌蕨类植物分类方法把蕨淀粉资源归纳为10个科13个种或变种,以期对蕨淀粉的开发利用提供参考。提出了合理开发利用蕨淀粉资源,控制采集量,适当人工栽培,创出名牌,开拓市场,投入资金适当深加工等方案,以期创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。
【Abstract】 Edible fern starch was used very early in our country,but the utilization rate was low. Therefore,based on the plenty of resources 13 species affiliated to 10 families,which are full of edible starch,were listed according to botanist Qin Renchang’ plant category. Some proposals concerning rational exploitation and utilization including controlling picking volume,artificially planting properly,building brands,marketing and deep processing were brought forward.
