超声波提取薰衣草精油的研究
STUDY ON EXTRACTION OF ESSENTIAL OIL FROM LAVENDER WITH ULTRASONIC WAVE
【摘要】 采用超声波法提取薰衣草精油,并通过单因素及正交实验探讨了超声波提取薰衣草精油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为超声频率为45kHz,超声时间为45min,超声温度为50℃,超声功率为80W时效果最佳。
【Abstract】 This article obtains the lavender essential oil by the method of ultrasonic wave. The optimum extraction condition was investigated both by single factors and orthogonal analysis experiments. The result shows that the optimum extracting condition: The supersonic time is 45 minutes,the ultrasonic frequency is 45 kHz,the supersonic temperature is 50 ℃,and the supersonic power is 80 W.
