【Abstract】 The enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli(EHEC) O157:H7 which was reported in recently is one of the most dangerous foodborne pathogen.Therefore the method which is quickly, convenient, accurate and sensitive to prevent and control the pathogen is very important.
