沉淀-树脂吸附法纯化茶多酚工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了离子沉淀法和大孔吸附树脂层析法结合制备茶多酚的工艺。研究结果表明:沉淀剂AlCl3用量0.83mmol/g(茶叶),pH5.5~6.0,HCl转溶,提取分离效果较为理想;HZ-806大孔吸附树脂分离纯化茶多酚效果较佳,吸附率为97.3%,解吸率为99.3%,茶多酚含量达到94.1%;HPLC和LC-MS检出酚儿茶素组分EGCG含量为91.9%。

【Abstract】 Combining the ion precipitation with column chromatography to prepare tea polyphenol was studied.The results shown that the suitable condition of ion precipitation was 0.83mmol AICl per gram,pH 5.5~6.0,hydrochloric acid was used as conversion solution.HZ-806 was the best macroporous absorbent resin which gave to 97.3% adsorption rate and 99.3% desorption rate during the processing,and the tea polyphenol content reached to 94.1%.In the final products prepared by column chromatography method,the effective component of epigallocatechingallate (EGCG) was as high as 91.9% identified by HPLC and LC- MS.
