【摘要】 通过对我国优秀女子气步枪运动员(一线队员)瞄准技术分析,并与二线队员进行比较,发现:1、一线队员据枪稳定性好,准确性非常好,扣扳机时机好并且果断,稳、瞄、扣协调;2、一线队员瞄准技术特点:平稳、适时、瞄与扣协调配合、自然击发、动作规范,击发瞬间很少出现多余动作;3、一、二线队员射击风格属于稳定型风格;4、在成绩、据枪稳定性、瞄准能力、扣扳机控制能力方面一线队员比二线队员好;5、在所有被试中,综合瞄准技术的各项指标,以1号队员的技术最好,稳定性异常好,对枪的控制能力强,瞄扣配合高度协调,击发适时自然,属稳定型射击风格。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing Chinese elite woman shooters’ aiming technique of air rifle,compared with the second line shooters,the authors concludes: 1.The first line shooters’ holding stability,aiming accuracy and triggering ability were very good and harmonious;2.The aiming technical characteristics of first line shooters were stable,timing,harmonious between aiming and triggering,natural triggering,standardization and smooth performance,few unwanted action at the moment of triggering;3.The first and second shooters’ have stable shooting style;4.The first line shooters’ holding,aiming ability,controlling ability of triggering were better than the second ones’,which resuled in better competition results;5.Among all the tested shooters,number 1 shooter had the best technique and stability,the strongest control of rifle,high harmonious between aiming and triggering,appearing a natural and stable shooting style.更多还原
