【摘要】 2004年和2005年国际摔联对竞赛规则中的局数、时间、获胜方式、处罚、出界、搂抱等都进行了较大的变动。规则的变动导致对摔跤的发展方向、对抗程度、训练技战术等一系列的变化。通过规则变化前后及对锦标赛、十运会等赛事的技术统计、分析研究和讨论,探索规则改变后对自由式摔跤运动产生的影响,以及如何根据规则的变化去指导训练和比赛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Policy changes lead to a series of changes in the developing direction,oppositional degree,and technical and strategical training of wrestling.Through the analysis and study the technical statistics in tournament and the 10th National Games before and after the changes,the authors probe into influence of competing policy changes on the development of unrestricted wrestling,and discuss how to direct training and games with the changes.更多还原
