【Abstract】 Through literature and theory of politics,this essay discusses the relationship between individual sports associations and the government.The government hopes the associations to administrate sports,because they are more efficient.In order to prevent "ineptitude of the third sector",the government should enhance supervisor of the associations.Meanwhile,the associations may supervise and restrain the government in case of power abuse and corruption.更多还原
