【摘要】 目的回顾总结应用皮肤软组织扩张技术修复5岁以下患儿软组织缺损的效果和经验,并分析其术后并发症。方法自2001年6月至2006年3月,对38例5岁以下患儿应用皮肤软组织扩张技术修复其不同部位的软组织缺损。缺损面积4cm×2cm~25cm×22cm,共置入150个扩张器,扩张器容量50~400ml。结果术后随访38例患儿3个月至4年,优者34例、良者2例、差者2例。其中4例患儿出现并发症,发生率为10.5%。共有9个扩张部位发生了并发症,发生率为6.0%。结论将皮肤软组织扩张技术应用于5岁以下的患儿是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarzie the effects and experiences of the application of tissue expander in reconstruction of pediatric patients under 5 years old. Methods From June 2001 to March 2006, 38 cases under 5 years old with soft tissue defects on different sites were repaired by tissue expander. A hundred and fifty expanders were used to repair the defect area with the sizes from 4 cm×2 cm to 25 cm×22 cm. The volumes of expander were from 50～400 ml. The outcomes and complaintsion were analyzed. Results After 3 months to 4 years follow-up, the outcomes of 34 cases were good, 2 cases were acceptable, and 2 cases were failed. The complication rate was 10% (4 from 38 cases) and 6.0% (9 expander in 150) respectively. Conclusion Tissue expanders are safe and effective in repairing the soft tissue defects in pediatric patients under 5 years old.更多还原
