洛索洛芬钠合成工艺·有关物质的研究
Study On Matters Related to Loxoprofen Sodiun Synthesis
【摘要】 在氢氧化钠和丙酮的存在下,2-对溴甲基苯丙酸和2-乙氧羰基环戊酮进行烷基化,经水解、脱羧、成盐得洛索洛芬钠。探索溶剂丙酮的用量和反应温度对洛索洛芬钠中有关物质含量的影响。结果表明,洛索洛芬钠中有关物质的含量小于0.5%,收率大于73%。
【Abstract】 In the CH3COCH3 and NaOH,2-oxocyclopentanecarboxylate was subjected to alkylation with 2-(4-bromomethylphenyl) propanoic acid with high regioselectivity to give 2-[4-(1-ethoxyearbonyl-2-oxo-l-cyclopentanylmethyl)phenyl] proparoic acid which was followed byhydrolysis,decarboxylation and salt formation to offer loxoprofen sodium related in about less than 0.5%.The effects of reaction temperature and CH3COCH3 were also investigated.
