【Abstract】 In the CH3COCH3 and NaOH,2-oxocyclopentanecarboxylate was subjected to alkylation with 2-(4-bromomethylphenyl) propanoic acid with high regioselectivity to give 2-[4-(1-ethoxyearbonyl-2-oxo-l-cyclopentanylmethyl)phenyl] proparoic acid which was followed byhydrolysis,decarboxylation and salt formation to offer loxoprofen sodium related in about less than 0.5%.The effects of reaction temperature and CH3COCH3 were also investigated.更多还原
