透明成核剂作用下的聚丙烯共聚物的等温结晶形态
Isothermal Crystalline Morphology of Polypropylene Copolymer Containing Clarifying Nucleator
【摘要】 利用偏光显微镜观察了聚丙烯共聚物(CPP)在透明成核剂TM-3作用下的等温结晶形态。结果表明:随结晶时间延长,CPP的球晶尺寸变大,形态也趋于完善;结晶温度并非越高越有利,CPP样品在140℃的结晶形态最好;球晶尺寸随TM-3含量提高而有所减小,但含有TM-3的CPP样品能够形成比CPP本体更大、更完善的球晶。TM-3在CPP结晶过程中提供了少量而有效的晶核,使丙烯链段能够附着在上面进行生长。
【Abstract】 The isothermal crystallization morphology of polypropylene copolymer (CPP) containing TM-3,a clarifying nucleator,was observed by polarized light microscope. The results showed that longer crystallization time was helpful for CPP to obtain larger size spherulites,and the morphology was better; the higher crystallization temperature not was the better,CPP samples could form spherulites with best morphology at 140 ℃; with the TM-3 content increasing,the size of spherulites became smaller,but it was still larger than that of bulk CPP. TM-3 provided a few but effective nuclei,on which the propylene segments could attach and grew.
