从荆江引江与丹库引汉“双线并举”优化中线工程
Implementing the projects of diverting water from the Yangtze River to supplement water source in Yellow River via Han River——A optimizing plan on the Middle-line program of south-north water transfer project
【摘要】 提出南水北调中线以长江为水源的优化方案:后期从荆江引江入汉济黄与一期从丹江口水库引汉双线并举。即引江济汉从三峡坝下的荆江河段引水入沮漳河,经过长湖,利用汉江干流兴隆、碾盘山、崔家营三个梯级枢纽接力抽水至襄樊,实行汉江中下游水资源引清调度,改善水质确保沿江城市饮水安全;然后沿南襄隘道建设鄂豫运河,不经丹江口水库从唐河提水入枣阳吉河水库,自流输水送达方城向引汉总干渠补水与增加直接调水去郑州入黄河。该方案具有水源条件最佳、工程布局最简化、占地少、建设与运营成本低而综合效益大的优点,能充当引汉水源后盾,为治理黄河、打造现代汉江做出更大贡献。
【Abstract】 The author puts forward a new plan regarding the mid-line of south-tonorth water transfer project,namely diverting water from the Yangtze river to Han River and further to the Yellow River to relieve its water shortage at later stage,while diverting water northward from Danjiangkou Reservoir at the 1st stage.The plan suggests diversion of Yangtze water be conducted at the downstream section of Three-gorge dam.It is suggested that the diverted clean water passes Chang Lake,and is lifted by pumping stations to Xiangfan through 3 stages structures of Xinglong,Nianpanshan and Cuijaying in the main stream of the Han river so as to improve water quality and eliminate the adverse impact of ecology at mid-lower reaches of Han River.In the end,along Nan-Xiang lower land the diverted water will pass the Er-yu canal which is suggested to be constructed as the main diverting channel in stead of passing Danjiangkou Reservoir.The water is to be lifted to Jihe Reservoir,and flows to Fangcheng to supplement the main diverting channel,then descends to the Yellow River through Zhengzhou.The plan has such advantages as excellent water resources,simplest project layout,less land occupation,lower costs of construction and operation with great integrated benefits.With the diverted water from Han River as the backup,the plan will contribute greatly to modern development of the Han River and improvement of Yellow River.
