基于模糊识别的青海省水资源可持续利用评价

【摘要】 论述了区域水资源可持续利用与水资源承载力的关系,在相对隶属度概念和理论的框架下,采用7个有代表性的指标利用多级模糊识别理论模型对青海省各个地区的水资源可持续利用程度进行了评价,并且将评价结果与模糊综合评判的结果相比较,结果表明该方法理论严谨,方法更加简洁,具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the relationship between the regional water resources sustainable utilization and water resources carrying capacity.By the theory of multilevel fuzzy recognition model with the frame of concept and theory of relative subject degree,it gives evaluation to the sustainable utilization grade of water resources in districts of Qinghai Province using 7 representative indexes,and this result is compared with that of fuzzy comprehensive assessment.It is indicated that fuzzy recognition method has an extensive foreground for its precise theory,more concise measure.
